Your response here...
So we don't have to take the steps to be born again that churches say. I accepted an alter call to be born again. Makes no sense if we all already are born again.
What do you think the post above yours is saying?

That I had no reason to take those steps to be born again as it has been done.
Jesus says "Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born? Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again." - John 3:3-7

Still makes no sense. All the churches I have gone to present steps for being born again so they are all wrong.
Perhaps you can pray about it? The scriptures shared with you are Gods' Words not mine or some church's. What is it you did not understand? Do you know why we need to be born again and what God's new covenant promise is that we are born into through faith?

Elijah is a man of God, sent by God, and answers the king of Samaria and his soldiers if he is a man of God as they say he is, to let fire come down FROM HEAVEN, and consume them...

2 Kings 1:9 Then the king sent unto him a captain of fifty with his fifty. And he went up to him: and, behold, he sat on the top of an hill. And he spake unto him, Thou man of God, the king hath said, Come down.
10 And Elijah answered and said to the captain of fifty, If I be a man of God, then let fire come down from heaven, and consume thee and thy fifty. And there came down fire from heaven, and consumed him and his fifty.

Jesus had to answer Israel, even His own disciples, how COMMANDING fire to come DOWN FROM HEAVEN, is them not knowing what spirit ( evil) they were of, for wanting to repeat what we saw done in the old testament, as Jesus is harmless and comes to save men's lives now..

Luke 9:54 And when his disciples James and John saw this, they said, Lord, wilt thou that we command fire to come down from heaven, and consume them, even as Elias did?
55 But he turned, and rebuked them, and said, Ye know not what manner of spirit ye are of.
56 For the Son of man is not come to destroy men's lives, but to save them. And they went to another village.

This is what is revealed in heaven, and not the law of killing any more.

keeping a law is not the law of liberty, the law of freedom which Christ has made us fee from the law of sin and death.

We could and cannot be justified by law, justification only comes by believing in Christ being just and the justifier of those who do not believe in law...

Romans 3:25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;
26 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.
27 Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith.
28 Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.
29 Is he the God of the Jews only? is he not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also:
30 Seeing it is one God, which shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith.
31 Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.

Being justified by faith, then the love of God is shed into our hearts, by the Holy Ghost given to us..

Romans 5: 1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:
2 By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
3 And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience;
4 And patience, experience; and experience, hope:
5 And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.

No one is redeemed from the law by breaking the law. All the law does is give us a knowledge of what sin is *Romans 7:7 which is the transgression of the law *1 John 3:4 and not believing and following what Gods' Word says (Romans 14:23).

No one is redeemed by faith, by trying to keep law.

That is why through faith, the law is written in the heart.

Anyone teaching and trying to maintain( and failing) law is the lawless and disobedient the law was made for..

Romans 4:13 For the promise, that he should be the heir of the world, was not to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith.
14 For if they which are of the law be heirs, faith is made void, and the promise made of none effect:
15 Because the law worketh wrath: for where no law is, there is no transgression.

Romans 4:21 And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.
22 And therefore it was imputed to him for righteousness.
23 Now it was not written for his sake alone, that it was imputed to him;
24 But for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead;
25 Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.

Hebrews 7 is talking about the law of the Priesthood and God's laws for remission of sins under the old covenant. Not God's 10 commandments.

The law made nothing perfect is told in different places, hear again..

Hebrews 10:1 For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect.
2 For then would they not have ceased to be offered? because that the worshippers once purged should have had no more conscience of sins.
3 But in those sacrifices there is a remembrance again made of sins every year.
4 For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins.
5 Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me:
6 In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hast had no pleasure.
7 Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God.
8 Above when he said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein; which are offered by the law;
9 Then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second.
10 By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

Sin is being in that law of sin and death we are freed from, as being in it is not being in faith.

To not be in sin is to believe in Christ, who sets us free from what Israel was in..

John 8:1 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;
32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
33 They answered him, We be Abraham's seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou, Ye shall be made free?
34 Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.
35 And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever.
36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.

Romans 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:
4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.

Faith works by love.

Law works by no faith.

If you teach and support law, then you are debtor to do the whole law ( circumcision is ended, which was part of the obsoleted law)

Galatians 5:1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.
2 Behold, I Paul say unto you, that if ye be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing.
3 For I testify again to every man that is circumcised, that he is a debtor to do the whole law.
4 Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.
5 For we through the Spirit wait for the hope of righteousness by faith.
6 For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love.

There is no obedience to Gods law, it is written in the heart, it does not and cannot then be obeyed...

Romans 2:15 Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another

Obedience is faith, obedient to the faith, not to the law.

Romans 1:5 By whom we have received grace and apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for his name:

Romans 16:26 But now is made manifest, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, made known to all nations for the obedience of faith:

Gods children are children of faith.

No one is redeemed from the law by seeking to be justified by the law ( that is to be fallen from grace and to fail of the grace of God)

Israel is example of this, for all coming short of the glory of God( by seeking to be justified by the law which no man can be justified in.

To live to God we need to be DEAD TO THE LAW.

Righteousness did and does not, come by law..

Galatians 2:19 For I through the law am dead to the law, that I might live unto God.
20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
21 I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.

Being born again is worshipping in the Spirit and not the letter, the Spirit gives life but the letter kills.

The letter of the law kills and is flesh, the Spirit gives life as it is not flesh..

2 Corinthians 3:6 Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.

John 3:6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

keeping a law is not the law of liberty, the law of freedom which Christ has made us fee from the law of sin and death.
Then we have Gods' Word that says... James 2:8-12 [8], If ye fulfill the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well: [9], But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors. [10], For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. [11], For he that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill. Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art become a transgressor of the law. [12], So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty.
We could and cannot be justified by law, justification only comes by believing in Christ being just and the justifier of those who do not believe in law...
No one said you can be justified by the law and if no one has said we are justified by the law why are you pretending this is what has been said to you and if this has not been said to you what is your argument? You have none because you are making arguments that do not exist because we are in agreement.

No one is redeemed by faith, by trying to keep law.
No one said we are redeemed by faith trying to keep the law. So if no one has said to you that we are redeemed by faith by trying to keep the law why are you pretending this is what has been said to you and if this has not been said to you what is your argument? You have none because your making arguments that do not exist because we are in agreement.

According to the scriptures, we are saved by grace through faith and not of ourselves it is a gift of God and not of works lest any man should boast *Ephesians 2:8-9. Obedience to God's law is not how we are saved because all of us have already broken the law and are under it's penalty of condemnation and death *Romans 3:9-23; 2 Corinthians 3:3-11. So it is by God's grace through faith that we are saved through Gods forgiveness of our sins. According to the scriptures, obedience to Gods' law therefore is the fruit of genuine faith of one that is already been given Gods promise of salvation and the fruit of God's work in us *Philippians 2:13 as we believe and follow his word *John 10:26-27.

If our faith has no fruit it is dead *James 2:18-20; 26 and our tree will be cast down and thrown into the fire *Matthew 3:10; 7:19-20; 13:49-50; Hebrews 10:26-27. Therefore we do not abolish God's law through faith like some people teach but God's law is established in the heart by faith that works by love *Romans 3:31; 1 John 5:3-4; Romans 13:8-10. According to the scriptures, sin (breaking God' commandments and not believing and following God's Word) is the difference between the children of God and the children of the devil *1 John 3:6-10; Revelation 12:17; Revelation 14:12; Revelation 22:14. Therefore says Jesus you shall know them (who is from God and who is not) by their fruit. *Matthew 7:16-20; John 15:1-6; 1 John 2:3-4. Anything else according to James in James 2:17-26 is the dead faith of devils.

Now what it is here that you are in disagreement with and if we are in agreement then what is your argument? - You have none because we are in agreement.

Your response here...
Hebrews 10 is not talking about God's 10 commandments it is talking about the Levitical laws for remission of sins not God's 10 commandments that give us the knowledge of what sin is when broken (Romans 3:20; 1 John 3:4; Romans 7:7). Your disregarding scripture context and subject matter.
