It cannot mean that God never causes the earth to move. Yes, Psalm 104:5 says that the earth cannot be shaken, but other verses say that God does move the earth:

That is true and is true of all Biblical authors. NONE of them said, "the Lord has told me he created the earth to be unmoving, and whatever scientists say in the future, they are lying." Nowhere does it say "I, the Lord, created the earth in this way." As someone else pointed out, Genesis 1 is written in the 3rd person.

Scripture does not prove anything of the sort. Certainly there are some verses which you have quoted that say the the earth will not be moved. And there are verses which I have quoted that tell us that God does shake and move the earth. I'm not saying that any of those verses prove that the earth orbits the sun, or turns on its axis, but neither do any of those verses prove that it doesn't.
