CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Right now I am house sitting for a doctor in the area who is on a transcontinental Bicycle trip. This includes taking care of his 91 year old father-in-law as well as cooking and cleaning and yard work

My goal is to become an Evangelist. I specifically would like to be part of a large city-wide campaign. I also would like to have a missions trip to Sao Tome And Principe at least once in my life. other more immediate goals would be to graduate from college and get married
Ideal place to live - well since I am going to be an evangelist I will be living in a trailer most of the time, but Alaska has always sounded like a nice place to live
Favorite TV show? - I haven't watched much TV lately but when I did I liked a lot of the older series like A-team and Macgiver. the more recent series that I like are Monk, Psyche and Sue Thomas FB Eye

Whats the silliest thing you've ever done?
one of three things either having an all out shaving cream fight in my dorm; getting dressed in a bright purple tux jacket, olive green shirt, forest green pants, and a red bow tie and running around campus at night to see how people would react (I also wore this outfit - with a pastel blue jacket instead of the purple one- to my sisters wedding rehearsal); or me and my roommates made a wacky video last semester and it was shown to all the student body.
What is your most greatest achievement so far?
not had very many yet. (unless you count almost getting kicked out of a college because I was trying to get the president fired an achievement)
What is your most prized possession?
either my bible or my leather journal. My bible because it is one of the few things I have of any value and I am completely beside myself when I lose it. My Journal because I use it to keep the sermons I have prepared; any ideas for sermons, quotes from people I have heard speak, advice I receive and any other thing I want to remember in the future (I have a very poor memory).
