Well it's a long story but here is the reader's digest version. I was gang raped when I was 15. Things just went to hell after that. I managed to somehow graduate from high school. I moved out on my own after that. After a couple of suicide attempts and all the drugs and booze, a dear lady who was a neighbor in the apartment building I was living in kept coming by to invite me to church and I guess just to check on me. One night I was sooo wasted that I told her I would go with her just to get her off my back. That Sunday morning she showed up at the door and I really had no choice cuz I was and still am a woman of my word. Well the pastor was speaking on the topic of sin and I listened but after a while I couldn't stand to hear it any more and i got up and left. This dear soul never gave up on me. Finally one night I hit bottom. I was so wasted that I could barely talk and I called her and she came to my apartment and she started to talk to me. For some reason as bad as I was I listened. She took me up to her apartment and let me sleep it off on her couch. When I woke up the next morning I knew that I needed to get out of the trap I was in and realized the only way out was thru Jesus. I remember it so clearly, I got on my knees and let it all go. I told Jesus about all the pain and the anger and the rage and the hurt and the helplessness and somehow I heard a "voice" inside my head say "I'll be here for you when no one else is." I believed ( and still believe) that and I asked Him into my heart.

Never fall in love. I fell in love. He dosn't love me and I will never be able to love or be happy with anyone else. Lesson is: Don't fall in love.

No I don't make resolutions. I am not very good at keeping them so I just don't even bother to make them.
