Psalm 103:12 As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us. Isaiah 43:25 "I, even I, am the one who wipes out your transgressions for My own sake, And I will not remember your sins.
He bore our sins on His body and He took them to the grave when He died and there they remain and when God removes death forever sin will be gone forever too.

If God doesn't remember our sins, why is there hell? Heck, why is there hell to begin with?

Not all will receive His loving gift of salvation. We have been given freewill to make the choice. Hell was intended for the devil and his cohorts. 'God is not willing that any of us should perish but have eternal life, but He gives us a choice. To trust in Him and live with Him forever or to choose sin that separates us from Him.

Most places referred to in the bible dealing with hell actually mean the "grave" death. Death (hell) was introduced by the sin of Adam and Eve, the wages of sin is death and sin is the transgression of the law. Just my thinking is perhaps death is the place where disobedience (sin) will be placed forever, which could explain why there was a need for hell (death). Then there is the "lake of fire" which is probably where most believe hell is referring to but it is only mentioned in Revelations and it is called the second death, the one that lasts forever meaning forever dead. Even death is thrown into the lake of fire so no more death, no more sin no place for any of it in the Kingdom of God

How exactly is hell "just"? How do we know God is just? He never said that he was just (or love for that matter, John said that), he said that he's Jealous.

The bible says the wages of sin is death. Do you disagree?

That people die? No, I don't disagree with that, everything dies due to cell breakdown. What I am disagreeing with is the idea that an eternal fiery torture is "just" for anyone. And supposedly someone goes there just if they don't believe? It's not anything like just and loving. It's sadistic and evil.

What makes you think your not going to end up in Hell? The bible speaks of it as a real place.

I understand your questions; I really do. and I struggled with them for a long time myself. Eventually I read and studied the Bible and came to peace with it. In a nutshell: it’s not up to us to question God’s will.

Isaiah 29:16

You turn things upside down,
as if the potter were thought to be like the clay!
Shall what is formed say to the one who formed it,
“You did not make me”?
Can the pot say to the potter,
“You know nothing”?

Isaiah 45:9-11

9 “Woe to those who quarrel with their Maker,
those who are nothing but potsherds
among the potsherds on the ground.
Does the clay say to the potter,
‘What are you making?’
Does your work say,
‘The potter has no hands’?
10 Woe to the one who says to a father,
‘What have you begotten?’
or to a mother,
‘What have you brought to birth?’

11 “This is what the Lord says—
the Holy One of Israel, and its Maker:
Concerning things to come,
do you question me about my children,
or give me orders about the work of my hands?

To begin with, hell was created for the devil and the devil's angels, not for men.

It has to be enlarged since it was not made to hold men, and
it is enlarged every day to hold the men and women who volunteer* to go there, willingly or not.

*(by rejecting JESUS, by rejecting God's WORD,
by not trusting God, etc etc )

As for "God doesn't remember our sins", that is
only for those redeemed by the BLOOD OF JESUS,
not for anyone else regardless of their beliefs or their religion.

i.e. Everyone else is judged as God says, by God, for everything they did.

< shrugs > They do not have to agree, nor to like it,
nor even to accept HIS WORD. (most oppose HIS WORD)
They are 'volunteers' , irregardless, for the lake of fire,
unless they turn to GOD and repent and are saved before they die.

How does that reason with John 3:18?
Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.

I could ask the same thing to you, but that's "moving the goalposts" as they say. Thing is, neither of us can really know. In the Old Testament God never sent anyone to hell, but Jesus warned about it. Why would a loving God send anyone to be tortured for eternity.

Whether you want to believe it or not...the bible speaks of hell and people going there for eternity. I don't really care what your buddies think who have taught you otherwise.

A loving God is also JUST. The wages od sin is death...or do you deny that bible verse?

Then tell me why the bible mentions people will go to hell?

The Bible also mentions slavery being okay (and beating a slave to death alright as long as the slave doesn't die right away) and God asking people to keep the virgins in a town or kill everyone in a city if there one unbeliever, but that doesn't meant I find it good or anyone else these days does. If anyone did that in modern times we'd call them twisted and evil.

It sounds like someone taught twisted fairy tales about the events in the BIBLE.
Since this is very common on earth, and it is sometimes done all of a person's life, then learning the truth about anything becomes
impossible for men to accomplish. (i.e. we can't get to the root and fix the misconceptions of that kind of teaching very easily, and not at all man's way, and not at all without willingness to do so, and without God it is impossible = there are a multitude of obstacles already in anyone's life on earth, and multiply that by 1000 for anyone taught things totally false about the BIBLE and about GOD) .
GOD is a GOD of miracles ! And HE is able to do what men cannot do - and GOD can do this easily (for HIM it is easy, even if it takes 50 years(as it often does) )
