Announcements will be made in the respective forums as well but please note that if yours is currently listed as Private, you will need to submit a ticket in the Support Area to have yours changed.

  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

It depends. If it's a licensed MD, they can recommend treatments for you. As far as the legal aspect, it's always your choice as to whether or not to pursue the suggested treatment.
They are legally allowed to tell you what the pharmacy permits (pharmakeia).

If it is a cure not approved by the pharmacy, even if it worked smoothly for thousands of years, it is not permitted to recommend nor to use for treatment nor for prevention.

Look up worldwide pharmacy codex for much more dire truth of the world system.

Again, I am not saying what other people should do in their end of life care I am only advocating for the availability of a option.

I say that it's the wrong option

In the early stages when people are diagnosed they are still competent enough to set their affairs in order.

If they are competent enough, then they don't need to murder themselves..Anyone who murders themselves is not competent in my book. That would actually prove their incompetence imo.

If it is right or wrong is up to the individual.
They can do it or not do it is up to them, not whether it is right or wrong.
No. It should be up to God. This is a Christian website if you haven't noticed.

No, bodily autonomy does.
So bodily autonomy determines right or wrong. In your book maybe. Not in most Christians book however.

You seem to be making a technical point for some reason. I still don't see what this has to do with suicide.

"Suicide is the 10th leading cause of death in the US for all ages. (CDC)"
Just comparing this relatively smaller number by suicide (10th leading cause)
to the relatively larger number by prescriptions given legally (1st to 3rd highest leading cause of death in ths usa (CDC, AMA, FDA)

I'm actually well aware of the side effects of prescription drugs and the many deaths they cause due to their side effects which is why I'm in favor of natural methods whenever possible. Surprisingly, there are more and more Doctors who are jumping on the "natural" bandwagon and as a matter of fact a lot of them are developing their own formulas in lieu of prescription drugs.
