Why is nobody addressing the current situation?

The middle east... Isreal ( the apple of God's eye ) is haeding into war, the bible says in the ladt days this would happen... and Damascus Syria would be involved.

Why is no one here talking about this? the significance of this? The bible told us this wouyld happen and no one is excited that Gods Wordis being played out right now before our eyes?

Am I the only one to get excited that Gods Word is real and happening as God said it would?

These are not biblical events. And, even if they were, don't you think it's wicked being excited about war and suffering of innocent people? It's like being excited watching Jesus hanging on the cross.

Am I the only one to get excited that Gods Word is real and happening as God said it would?

If you'll notice, the middle east in general, and Israel in particular, have been almost perpetually at war for the past... well, pretty much always. And every time there's a new and identifiable war, EoTW fans say "This is it, y'all! This is the Big One! The End is here! The Lord's on His way!"

Let's don't cheer for wars where innocent people get slaughtered, OK? The Lord will come when it is His good pleasure, and He'll come when we least expect it, like a thief in the night. Until then, our job is to have faith and live Christian-like, not to cheer for every napalmed village, blown up adult, and machine-gunned child.

Everyday I am excited by the Word. A squabble in the middle east adds little but is worth watching.

Of course, those Israelis filming and cheering the WTC attack were Israeli agents. Scores of Israeli agents were quietly deported after 9/11. Other Israeli agents (spies), like Nick Berg who was beheaded in Iraq, weren't deported, but they still had prior knowledge of the 9/11 attack.

Why would Israelis cheer the WTC attack, as well as be complicit it facilitating it by not warning us? The US is Israel's sugar daddy. But, it goes to show that the Bible is right, they're hostile to all men.

The Palestinians don't have much reason to like America because it's America that allows Israel to get away with such evil.

There are no "goodies and baddies" in this. Someone with some compassion, common sense and lack of prejudice needs to call for a cease-fire, and start working for it, instead of all snuggling up to President Bush.

There should be an outcry from the rest of the world to stop this madness.

No, you are not. I agree with you. The whole world will turn against Israel. Israel will continue to exist. And as you and I know following the Tribulation We will come back with Christ and all Israel will be saved.

A fare warning is there that believers should not act or speak against the existence of Israel. We should recognize they are lost and all lost people are lost and witness to them, Israel is the Apple of God's Eye and He will defend them in His time at the Second Coming.

All who stand against Israel are standing against God. Christians who chose not to accept the Prophetic Scripture are in opposition to God too.

I am deeply saddened by the predominant tone, with a few exceptions, towards Israel in this forum section.

I love the Jewish people and am daily praying God's love and protection for them. We owe everything we have spiritually to the Jewish people.

I am in agreement with you. All the signs are there that Prophecy is taking place. As a Christian I would not speak against Israel or help in fighting against them.

Nor I. If the Jewish nation or the Jewish people ceased to exist, a great light would go out. I don't think we'd even want to live in the kind of world it would have been, or would be, without them.

We should do all we can to support them in prayer and to love them in practical ways.
