Why is it that it's heterosexual men who seem to be most interested in gay topics?

Me, I'm here because of a couple of those life-changing experiences that shock you into realization of injustice, and the conviction of the Holy Spirit that it's my job to stand up for my brothers and sisters in Christ with same-sex attraction. Dunno what anyone else's reasons are, and don't much care, but He told me to do it. And when the Lord commands, I obey.

I am still waiting for meaningful responses to my replies to you. In response to you blowing off my posts citing historical evidence and your claim that you had done studies I asked you to provide me evidence, in reply you have continued to make personal attacks against me, throwing isolated, out of context scriptures at me without addressing anything I have posted. Is that what you call, "stand[ing] up for my brothers and sisters in Christ with same-sex attraction?'

American family Association ?

What does American Family Association uphold that any Christian would not ?

Pornograghy is wrong, abortion is wrong, homosexuality is wrong.

Except, AFA fights to deny homosexuals ALL RIGHTS and openly discriminates against them to make sure they are not protected by anything or anyone. They're also liars. I've yet to see them no make up a number then stick it on their page. Their page source tells me so.

How about bearing false witness? And in particular, bearing false witness in such a way as to deprive businesses they've chosen to target of clientele, which to me counts as stealing? That's a quick start on things the AFA does that are generally regarded as sin. Would slander of the Catholic Church be a sin in your view? I believe I can produce links to evidence of that, given a little time for some research.

I presume you're not that odd form of person-calling-himself-Christian for whom only sexual sins and abortion are truly sinful, given your Catholic faith icon.

No one fights to deny homosexuals rights. The fight is against extending rights or changing laws based on sexual orientation.

Targeting a business through boycott is not a sin. LOL.

It is called voting with your money.

If AFA asks that Christians boycott Disney because Disney commits scandal against the sacrament of marriage by offering a gay wedding package, then I have the right to go with it or not.

If that causes disney to lose money, it is not stealing. I chose to spend my money elsewhere because Disney chose not to do business with me.

Don't forget to go to bat for the child molestors and serial rapists while you are at it.
Us "homophiles" only get together at our "agenda" meetings to do that on the second Thursday of the month.

I dare you to inform the victim of a serial rapist that what happened to her was on par with someone having gay sex. Go ahead. I double dog dare you.

Well if she was Christian she would know both are abominations.

What if the serial rapist was having gay sex with the person he was raping ?

the reason i discuss "gay topics" is i'm interested in hearing other people's perspectives and stories, and I want to know why they believe what they believe, to help me in my understanding of the Truth. I try to be open and not judgmental of anyone and to show them the love of Christ through my words, actions, and attitudes.

So trying to prevent a law that would make sure workers don't discriminate on a basis of sexuality isn't denying rights? Boy, I see where your agenda stands.

If homosexuals can be discriminated against in the work force, lets just remove all laws and let employers discriminate against religion, race and gender too. After all, it isn't denying any rights. :| If you'll excuse my very straight forward manner.

AFA isn't a family organization if they boycott Disney. Disney is not a Christian organization and marriage is no longer a solely Christian doctrine. Therefore boycotting them is giving children an idea of Christian supremacy if anything. Disney is a wonderful family organization and I would never deny my children the right to watch some of there movies based solely on the fact they support homosexuality. Even if I were a conservative. It's stupid, pointless, and does more harm then good. AFA is far too hypocritical in the "family" standpoint since they talk less about family and more about "how can we make sure everyone hates homosexuals this week".

But your a Christian? Shouldn't you be worried that sin will creep into the Church if we allow this "state instatution" to go along. The more sin we allow around us the more it will affect the church?
