If you believe Antarctica is a giant ice wall that no one has ever flown over but surrounds the earth, then why did you just show me a picture of a route flying over Antartica? The one on the right? According to your theory, this doesn't exist(yet it does because Pilots use it and it works) and would be impossible?

There is not any instance of pilots flying into a ice wall. Instead every air route on the face of the Earth is made from the "round earth" theory, and it works to perfection. There are no air routes in any airline that follow the Flat Earth theory.

Thirdly, if this map is true, why doesn't the Flat Earth Society go find the wall to prove it's existence? It seems instead researchers are going to to disprove it and have. Why have y'all not found this wall yet if it surrounds us?

Please. Im begging. I don't know how else to prove this then to put you in an airplane and fly you around the world and over Antartica to prove it.

Oh, you said doesn't! My bad! Commercial flights never fly over Antartica, but my dad isn't commercial. He flies a Boeing. And speaking of Boeing, one flew directly over Antartica in 2003 from Sydney to Rio and it was successful. Im not sure what my dad's exact route was, but it was over Antartica.

Also, your relationship with the earth's shape doesn't matter as long as you have a relationship with Jesus. Still, I would have thought the Holy Spirit would open your eyes. The Bible supports a round Earth more than a flat one, and says God has given us Wisdom to look at evidence and come up with the right answer... how do you support yourself from a biblical stance?

As for Biblical support: Daniel 4:10,11 says that the king "saw a tree of great height at the centre of the earth ... reaching with its top to the sky and visible to the earth's farthest bounds." A flat earth would be visible in this fashion, not a spherical one. Compare Mt 4:8, Lk 4:5. Isa 11:12 and Rev 7:1 states that there are four corners on the Earth. And, as you pointed out, Isa 40:22 states that the Earth is circular (not spherical).

Scripture says that there is a "center of the earth" and that the earth's furthest bounds are visible, etc. ... so two possibilities are 1) my interpretation of Scripture is wrong or 2) so-called photographic evidence are mis-truths (and can easily be so, since the advent of Photoshop and 3D animation software).

I remember because between the 2 school years of my Masers I went to New Zealand for our summer, their winter. A few days before my flight was scheduled to depart a DC10 crashed.

All DC10s grounded.

Air New Zealand was all DC10s for the intercontinental flights. But they chartered a TWA 747 for my flight over. (Best flight ever as both companies said no way our flight goes without our cabin crew, so double staffed. Stewardesses looking for something to do instead of overworked).

A couple of weeks in they determined the cause of the crash and DC10s now were flying.

A few days before I was ot return a sightseeing flight that went over the south pole crashed into the side of an antarctic mountain. Yup a DC10, all grounded.

That one was cleared up in time for me to return on schedule.

Gas prices may have killed flying over the south pole just to say you did it, but there were plenty who were willing to pay enough in the 1980s.

You show me maybe 1/14 of Antartica and believe the photo shows the ice wall that covers the entirety of the Earth. Yet, space shuttle photo's show no ice wall around the earth and actually shows MUCH MUCH more of our world, almost all if it, and you say Nasa's photo is wrong...

Don't you think the people would come back to Earth and say, "hey, btw...the earth seemed flat not round" or "it seems theres a giant ice like thing around the earth".



On to the four corners, I've always took that as North, South, East, and West. Amazing, right? Since we can see visually that there is no such "corner" and yet the Bible referenced the compass directions hundreds of years before they were actually named. Showing how the Bible is truly relevant today...

Since we can't see that the Earth is flat and there are no ice walls seen from space, since we can fly around the world, since a close sun doesn't make sense (due to my points on a solar eclipse disproving this), since boats have most likely circled around Antartica, don't see why not, (and if the "wall" was around the entire Earth it would take more than a year not weeks for boats to circle around), it seems the amount of evidence for a round earth far exceeds that of a flat earth.

Also, when the Bible said circle, it interpret it from how we see the Earth if you're looking it from space... a circle. science and the Bible are compatible, because if one isn't then either the Bible is wrong or science is wrong. This causes problems and apostasy...and God made both so both must be right and perfect. You shouldn't have to force one to fit the other, they should fit fluidly and easily...which they do.

There was an allegedly time-delayed live video feed of the moon landing in 1969. We've allegedly sent satellites far into and past the solar system. We've allegedly landed robots on Mars. Yet, 45 years later, and with all this advanced technology, there is still no live feed today showing the whole spherical earth? Photos are not enough; they are easily faked. That would be a good first step towards establishing the truth ... otherwise, both spherical-earthists and flat-earthists are both simply speculating based on limited data (which I admit I am doing, but seems more logical to me than a spherical earth)

What are you not agreeing with me? Are you saying commercial flights do? I didn't think they did, but if so, great....

Also, weird how it would hit the mountain. I wonder how high it was flying because the highest mountain peak is 23,000 feet and a 777 flys around 30-40,000 depending on how much fuel you have/what's being carried/etc.

I'll have to ask my dad, but most should have instruments to avoid them. I wonder if there was a technical problem on the plane. Though if this was in the 80's they didn't have the technology.

I'm asking for live video, something that was allegedly available back in 1969. Anything else can easily be dismissed as potentially a product of fisheye lenses, photoshop, lightwave 3d, etc.
