Believing in the trinity doesn't save nor does not believing the trinity mean you are unsaved, but it is an important doctrine that is crucial to understanding who our savior Jesus is.

Please post where I stated the Holy Spirit was a dove and not "like" a dove as stated in scripture? Please be specific as to not embarrass yourself.

Being God is the Holy Spirit, look to Isaiah 54:5. Look to Genesis wherein it uses the masculine pronoun to describe God.
