Why do you discredit evolution?
The Christian does not need the evolution fairytale. If The Bible is true then evolution is wrong; but the Bible is the superior world view for the understanding of science.
I am someone who prefers the empirical evidence over speculative nonsense. Evolution is a chameleon able to change its strips and grok every other science that proves it wrong. As soon as real objections are put forth there is always some magic thrown in to push the debate down the road. Real problems like the origin of life have never been explained by evolutionist. Oh yes Evolution once tried to explain the origin of life but its tenants were not sustainable in the light of the evidence.
