GOD IS NOBODY THAT HE SHOULD BE BLAMED FOR I DONT THINK JESUS

WOULD DIE FOR US FOR NO RESON AND HE DINDNT DIE SO THEN HE COULD

BE BLAMED IM NOT SAYING ALL CHRISTIANS DO BUT ALOT OF THEM DO

WE BLAME GOD WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG OR SOMETHING WE HAVE ALL

FALL SHORT OF THE GLORY OF GOD AND WE OPEN THE DOOR TO BAD THINGS

THAT IS WHY WE NEED TO PUT GOD FRIST EVERYDAY

I have heard the same things, all to often my friend.

"Why does G-d let bad things happen to good people ?" I hear that alot!! But people sometimes don't see that "there is none that doeth good, no, not one" Rom 3: 12 Satan would love people to continue to blame our Lord for "bad things" but thats not the Lord. He is love and "The hand of our G-d is upon all them for good that seek him; but his power and his wrath is against all them that forsake him." Ezra 8:22 We (our flesh) need to get out of the way and let G-d work. "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love G-d, to them who are the called according to his purpose." Rom 8:28

Alot of our problems are simply ones (man) has caused for ourselves.

Problems come our way because God allows them.

Why? Because (IMO) He has allowed us to have choices in life and we must suffer the consequences of our bad, as well as our wise, choices.

So, God is not to blame for our problems and neither is the Devil, except in the ultimate sense of the word. We are where we are because our lives are nothing more or less than the some total of the decisions we have made through life. We are who, what, and where we have decided to be.

People blame God for their problems because they are (again IMO) too weak-willed to accept responsibility for the consequences of their own choices.

Hi JimB :)

Where then would faith fit in with what your saying? Surely once we become believers we then pray and move by faith. If your following God's will for your life then your actually where God wants you to be as opposed to where you might want to be. I have made many bad decisions in my life in the past simply because I didn't listen to God. If God instructs me to go somewhere or do something He will lead me to that place that is ultimately for my good. On the way there I may experience hardship, tests and trials none of which God has brought my way but I know He will take me through them and lead me to that place He intended.

I have no problem with this, Duggie.

Alot of our problems are simply ones (man) has caused for ourselves.
That is the problem. People do not want to take responsibility for their own mistakes. The church needs to teach more on personal accountability. Only if we confess our sins can God forgive us. Some people do amazing mental gymnastics to avoid what they see as taking the blame for their sins. And some of our courts these days agree with them.

We love to take credit for the good things we do, but we don't ever want to accept responsibility for our mistakes.

Our thoughts are not God's thoughts and our ways are not God's ways.
He wants us to give all the glory to Him and confess our sins with humility.

And we cannot be forgiven unless we have the humility to forgive others.

We choose whether we follow man or follow Jesus by our own free will.
If we follow Jesus our lives are pleasing to God and He blesses us. Abi:pink:
