Watch the movie aboutI will guess you have not served either......
You did not answer the question......Watch the movie about
"The story of Desmond Doss, a US Army medic who was the first conscientious objector to be awarded the Medal of Honor."
BEFORE
you make any false guesses or claims against someone of whom the world is not worthy.
I will guess you have not served either......
You are most welcome......I agree , and thanx for your service CWB , although I never served I have several in my family who have .. There's always those who show up after the smoke has cleared to then want to take over until they run and hide for cover the next time .. I just wonder at the testimony of these super Christians who claim they know better , do they operate under the full Gospel with gifts of the Spirit or signs that follow true believers or are they the first to criticize any other way than their own way .. They sound like the same loud ones at church who constantly come up with dumb ideas but want some one else to perform them ..
That question before was just a 'reminder' to others that we don't count on the 1st nor the 2nd Amendments, nor on man's laws,
but on God.
Because someone had just suggested that you should think like they do because they 'protected' the 1st Amendment for you , or something like that.
OR, are you obligated to them, because they protected(if they did) your 1st Amendment Rights or anything at all, actually ?
(I don't think you nor we are obligated to them, as their values are totally different,
but I wanted to verify, with a positive expectation)
You aren't of the world but you are in it.....you can stick you head in the sand and say that this is not your world or your can try to make it a better place while you are here. We may not agree on exactly how to do that but at least we can agree that we need to try.Hi jeff,
Oh, I get it. Right! As I posted earlier when someone accused me of not having the gumption to go out and put my money where my mouth is and therefore I wasn't really sold on my understanding. This ain't my home! I'd like to see the senseless murders and mass killings stop or at least abate, but I don't think there's even a slim chance of that under the current ideology of our nation.
But no, ultimately, it ain't my home.
God bless you.

How many have attacked oh, armed military installations, police stations or any other such places where they know people will be armed and able to resist?
or your can try to make it a better place while you are here.
Detroit, Dallas......suspect shot dead.....maybe a pattern emerging here.Hi CWB,
Yes, I understand the position, but the fact is that our armed military stations have been attacked and several police stations have also been attacked.
Both Detroit and Dallas have had gunmen walk in and just start shooting at anyone. We recently had a mass killing on the Fort Hood military base that was one of the worst attacks on a military base in the states. Here's an attack on a base in San Antonio that by your definition would be a 'soft target'.
Two Glock handguns were found near the bodies Friday, and military officials are trying to determine whether Bellino was authorized to have a weapon on the base, where the possession of firearms is heavily restricted.
So, I'm not sure that your correlation is accurate. Once again I'll ask, do you have any proof of your claim? Anyway, you were wrong on your facts before and looks like you're batting a thousand.
God bless you.

Here is the whole quote which you seemed reluctant to post.....Hi again CWB,

That's actually what I'm trying to do. The issue is what needs to be done to 'make it a better place'.

Or maybe you just don't have a legitimate response...And of course you come to this conclusion because you have used a firearm before on multiple occasiions or because you were military and are familiar with weapons of war....or maybe because you are simply repeating the leftist mantra?
You did not answer the question....or maybe you just did.....Or maybe you just don't have a legitimate response...
I am guessing you have never served otherwise you would not have made some of your comments.

Let's see 2 police station shooting; both suspects killed. Why? Because police officers are armed. You're a humorous person. You first defend your position by asking if any of these events have happened on military bases or police stations. Your point being that the people who perpetrate these attacks wouldn't choose places where folks are carrying. Then when evidence is offered of such, you backpedal as fast as you can and claim that, well, no military bases don't qualify as the kinds of targets that you first tried to propose that they are.
My testimony is plain and simple. The evidentiary correlation between firearms restrictions and homicide firearms deaths among the various nations of the world seem to clearly point to tough laws and restrictions of firearms among the general public reduces such deaths. That's it. No twisting. No turning. Plain and simple. Now, each one is free to believe what they believe is the truth, but the evidence seems to clearly point to that being the case.
You probably think that soldiers walk all over the base with M4's slung over their shoulders or 45's strapped to their hips.
Maybe you'd feel better living in a place like El Salvador, where they don't enjoy the same freedom that we do here: https://www.theguardian.com/world/2015/aug/22/el-salvador-worlds-most-homicidal-place
