He may be describing the Everettian 'Many Worlds' version of quantum mechanics, where the universe continually branches into slightly different versions that continue on as separate universes, themselves continually branching into further versions. The branches cannot interact because their wavefunctions have decohered. Kaku calls this 'vibrating at different frequencies', which is an extreme simplification, but - meh.

This interpretation of quantum mechanics means that all physically possible ways our universe might have developed exist 'in parallel', i.e. on separate branches of the wavefunction of the universe... presumably including ones where dinosaurs never died out, or where aliens visited Earth - these conjectures are totally speculative; it's quite possible that there is no branch of the wavefunction where dinosaurs survive or aliens visited.

That would be true if a God existed and those were its words... there is no scientific evidence for either; they're no different than the unsubstantiated claims of thousands of supernatural beliefs.

It does sound like evolution to me! Also if man did evolve from something which was not in the image of God, why is man appointed to believe and to receive salvation?

I'm just asking what you mean by a 'soul'. You surely have some idea what it means - what these God-like souls are, and what do they do - else why use the word?
