They are invisible, because they became extinct and that's that!
Actually they evolved into ~10,000 bird species. Birds are dinosaurs.

I'd rather deal with invisible reptile aliens than a cuttlefish

My bible tells me that God gave man dominion over the fish of the sea, and the fowls of the air, and over the cattle, and over the whole earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth on the earth. (Genesis 1:26). It looks like birds were created as birds, if you believe the bible.

BTW, which came first, the chicken, or the egg?

Apparently they evolved as humanoids too

So are you telling me that man was not created in the image of God? (See Genesis 1:26) And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness;

It does sound like evolution to me! Also if man did evolve from something which was not in the image of God, why is man appointed to believe and to receive salvation?

Describe G-D’s ‘image’. Is He a bipedal mammal?

He is God and there's none like Him. He is unique! The bible says that He made man is His own image, but that was before the fall of man. We all need to be restored to what he meant us to be! Also I don't think that we fully understand what it means to be made in the image of God. I thnk that it's something which we believe in faith, but don't not fully understand. I don't know what you think about it, but I believe that I am a work in progress and God is still changing me into what He wishes me to be.

No, I'm saying the pictures In the op look like green humans with some vaguely lizard features.

@prosperity4all: Why did you add the word "reptillian" into a bunch of the links in the initial post?

Most of those don't contain any reference to reptillian species.

The only one that does is an opinion piece by Michael Shermer which acknowledges that a bipedal humanoid descendant of dinosaurs is purely speculative and concludes: "Thus, the probability of intelligent life evolving elsewhere in the cosmos may be very high even while the odds of it being humanoid may be very low".

Also, nothing in those links should lead anyone to the conclusion that "dinosaurs evolved to become invisible," or that other people think they did. The closest is your initial link, which points out that one dinosaur species had countershading camouflage patterns - which is also present in plenty of existing creatures, and no-one is calling them "invisible".

I suggest reading your sources much more carefully.

The problem is that it's impossible to distinguish parody, from humorous hyperbole, from sincere belief, from dishonest straw man.

This is why sensible people see the bible metaphorically.

The egg. Eggs predate birds.
Was that supposed to be some kind of gotcha?

The OP is confused, and misleading (deliberately?). Sensible people don't think dinosaurs have evolved to become invisible to humans now. Plenty of animals have and have had camouflage, not just small dinosaurs. The only dinosaurs around today are birds and some of them are well-camouflaged, but that doesn't make them 'invisible'.

Only one of the articles mentions reptilians, and that is speculating about life elsewhere in the universe. The other articles just give opinions that alien life of some kind almost certainly exists elsewhere in the universe.
