You can't measure dark matter since no one knows what it is. Dark matter is a fudge factor adding in to make the math work in man's models. I have witness not only what God has done in my life but in others as well. It's a lot like gravity as it's a force that pull me away from sin.
There is no evidence of abiogenesis, RNA world, FrankinCell, Boobzilla ,etc yet atheist still believe.
I disagree that there's no evidence for it. First, all the evidence for evolution constitutes indirect evidence for abiogenesis, or, at least, the existence of a universal common ancestor. Second, a multitude of experiments have provided direct evidence for abiogenesis (qv. the experiments by Juan Oro, and the Miller-Urey experiment).

That's like saying you couldn't measure water before someone discovered it was H2O.

There is no evidence of [...] FrankinCell, Boobzilla ,etc
What on earth are those?

Not sure why that was hard to figure out, but whatever...

How do you know that if you were born in Iran, you wouldn't be Muslim?
How do you know that if you were born in India, you wouldn't be Hindu?

How do you know that if 90% world had been atheist for the last 2 thousand years, you wouldn't think of God worship as something like the Heaven's Gate cult?

How do you know that if 90% of the world worships the magic teapot, that that the magic teapot wouldn't have an effect on your conscience?

In other words, how do you know that your conscience comes from god, and not cultural and social bias, causing self-delusion?

Be...cause......I never accepted Jesus back when I attended church....and I'm not in sync with those people now. In fact, I write my old pastor and explain why he's wrong. The one thing my beliefs have done is left me alienated from my home church.
So that's MY answer anyway.

Back on topic - why men's nipples.

We are not told why. Any theory is up for grabs. Maybe as well why pubic hair, and our incredible sensory capacities, or millions of galaxies, or the great variety within nature? Maybe we just have a wonderfully imaginative, creative, extravagant God!

No, no, no! You don't get to just sit there and ignore all evidence given to you and then say something so ignorant as that. Theories aren't "up for grabs". In order for something to be called a "theory" they have to be able to explain all available evidence.

A theory isn't just a guess or a hunch... sweet Jesus, I KNOW we've explained this to you already...

Oh gosh... are you saying that you also have no idea why we have pubic hair, sensory systems, millions of galaxies, or variety in nature? Don't you have google? I'll answer all these questions for you:

1. Pubic hair functions to conduct plumes of sex pheromones into the atmosphere that signal a female's readiness to reproduce and critical information about male and female genetic qualities.

2. Early apes had larger brains than monkeys and we can see a steady increase in brain size by looking at the fossils as we move up the geologic column. The evolution of areas devoted to language, visual recognition of faces and objects, and hemispheric specialization and asymmetries are among the prominent additions to human brains.

3. "Why" is the wrong question to ask about the number of galaxies... The universe wasn't built with a purpose. Once stars formed they were attracted to each other by gravity until they all started circling together in galaxies... By the way, if you look up "why are these so many galaxies?" you'll find a list of islamic, christian, and jewish sites asking the question... These poor religious people are wracking their brains over silly questions that don't make sense... It's like asking why do bad things happen to good people? stuff just happens!

4. As far as why there's variety in nature... This one should be easy for you to figure out... It's called the theory of evolution by natural selection.

Why do men have nipples?

This is simple. Men have nipples becuase evolution gave them nipples for pleasure. It would make no sense whatsoever if the nipples were gone. Also evolutionarily if men didn't have nipples then baby girl foetuses could not develop nipples while in the womb. Just as women use their nipples for please so can a man. Just not as much.

Anyway hope that helps.

Because during fetal development, the baby is unisex up to a point. Not really, actually female. But then comes the hormone switch that floods through the body and causes the fetus to become a man. Nipples are a fetal development vestigial structure. This begs the question, did Adam have them or did he skip the fetal development process?

How you answer indicates your views on Creation. Not black and white mind you.

When Jesus turned water into wine, did any actual grapes get sacrificed? Nobody knows.
But a scientist on the scene declared it was the best wine of the day! :)

John,

I am still waiting for the scientific evidence which confirms that God cloned a woman from a man's rib. WHERE IS THAT EVIDENCE?

A Clone has identical DNA to it's parent organism.
So.........your answer is nowhere!

It has to do with fetal development.
Men are conceived as women first.

Are you sure it is not the other way around. It is up to Jesus to accept us.

He did that on the cross.
Jesus also said, "Just knock and the door will be opened for you."
Your point being that God controls our destiny, and when one is seated in Heaven, that's the reality.

But while still here on earth, we are given the idea that it's our decision.
It seems like it is, but because God already knows the outcome, its all in His hands.

And I don't buy the "embryological vestige" explanation for one second. Why are male/female embryos identical at the start of development?

I'm SURE there is a good reason:

"After conception, there follows a period of 6 weeks during which female and male embryos develop along almost identical pathways, and cannot be told apart on morphological grounds. This is called the indifferent period."

Creationists are trying to undo everything about science.

Case in point: after being given ample scientific evidence, the creationist says "well, we really don't know anything for sure, any theory is UP FOR GRABS! so I'm gonna just keep believing whatever nonsense makes me feel comfortable..."

This is willful ignorance and wholly dishonest. Their religion has warped their minds with this concept of "absolutes" -absolute knowledge, absolute morality, etc.

In reality, everything within the capacity of our understanding contains a degree of error, and everything we know to be true is only true to a degree.

Everyone is wrong about SOMETHING. We don't know everything about everything, and we don't know everything about ANYTHING.

Honest people admit this. But religious people tote their ancient holy books around full of absolutes like it's a wonderful thing... The irony is that the unchanging nature of their scriptures is exactly what's wrong with it.

That's not possible. Its our specialty.

Christianity and the Birth of Science

The Biblical Origins of Modern Science

Creation Is the Foundation

But if you have issues, you need to start with these publishing's to make your point correctly.
I don't agree with everything theses guys publish, but these are your starting point.

I didn't say anything about Christianity... I said creationists. Do you not recognize the difference? I'll give you example... Compare Francis Collins with Ken Ham. Both are Christians but one is a legitimate scientist, the other is a religious propagandist.

Besides, a scientist's faith has nothing to do with the merits of their research. This is called the "argument from authority fallacy"

But if we are going to play that game, here you go:

List of Muslim scientists - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Well, there certainly are a lot more Muslims... From what you've said, it seems like you base the scientific accuracy of your faith on the number of scientists that adhere to your religion...

...So are you going to convert to Islam now? They clearly have you beat.

I gave you one link based on Christianity in general and TWO from a Creationist point of view. Yes, I know the difference.
No, a persons claimed faith has nothing to do with what type of science publishing I read.

John,

I am still waiting for the scientific evidence which confirms that God cloned a woman from a man's rib. WHERE IS THAT EVIDENCE?

I am still waiting on scientific evidence that everything came from nothing, life spontanteously developed from non life, developed the ability to reproduce itself in the first generation, through a series of beneficial "cancers" developed in complexity through added information and design without an intelligent designer, taking us from the goo, through the zoo to me and you.
