And scientists know that there will be bias. The scientific method is the best method devised to date to answer questions. Some people do not like the answers, but guess what? Scientists don't care about the bias of others.

Just because you are terribly biased and can't correct it don't think that others are the same. You are projecting your flaws upon others again. Part of the scientific method is retesting. Knowing that your ideas are going to be rigorously tested by those that disagree with you tends to keep you honest. It is not perfect, but then that is why ideas are tested by others. Only the truly deluded try to pull a fast one and they tend to get weeded out rather quickly.
