Why do demons disobey God?

Maybe it's foolish for you to assume silly things about me? Or God? You enjoy talking about "partnering with a devil"? What silliness is that? Only you have been talking about "ridiculous things" here. You have no comparative level of comprehension of who the Bible was written by if you are a follower of the Eurantia Book. I've read it. I know what's in it. Who are you trying to kid with your opinions? Who are you trying to "teach" something here? You have nothing so far but Star Wars Fairy Tales. Then you bloviate them on a "Christian" Forum as though you are an authority. You are entertaining at best

Maybe God put the spirit of arrogance in you? Or maybe you just naturally talk down to people? Either way, your argument that one can't get to first base by looking for things that make sense doesn't make sense, which to you makes it true. That is real silliness. I'm simply reflecting back to you the absurd contradictions of God working with Satan in Job, talking to each other like they are on the golf coarse or something. Job has God partnering with Satan no matter how much one wants to excuse it.

What a sad concept of deity.

Here the parable of Job has God taking part in tormenting his own child:

Job 1:16

16 "While he was still speaking, another messenger arrived with this news: “The fire of God has fallen from heaven and burned up your sheep and all the shepherds. I am the only one who escaped to tell you.”​

I'm really glad that I don't live with this sort of conflicted concept of a God who grants permission to a devil but condemns him at the same time.

One of the servants reports that to Job -- that servant is not "God" .. the servant says fire came down out of heaven - and the servant thinks God did it.

But in the actual Chapter - God says Satan is the one doing all of it.

Job 1

12 And the Lord said to Satan, “Behold, all that he has is in your power; only do not lay a hand on his person.”

So Satan went out from the presence of the Lord.

now here is the Devil's argument

9 So Satan answered the Lord and said, “Does Job fear God for nothing? 10 Have You not made a hedge around him, around his household, and around all that he has on every side? You have blessed the work of his hands, and his possessions have increased in the land. 11 But now, stretch out Your hand and touch all that he has, and he will surely curse You to Your face!”

Satan would love to accuse God of harming Job but God has no part of it. God merely grants permission to Satan. Satan (the fallen angel Lucifer) is the one that does the damage.

Sheol is the belly of the earth, the pit, where souls go when they depart the flesh to await their judgment. Before the Atonement, righteous souls went there to wait in comfort for the Day of the Acceptable Atonement, when they would be set free from the first death, which is separation from the Father of Glory which all Adam is born in, since the fall...

Solomon says that in the OT the body returns to the dust and the soul returns to God.

Eccl 12:7
Then the dust will return to the earth as it was,
And the spirit will return to God who gave it.

Sheol is the grave - the place of the dead. All the dead go there. it is not a place of torment and Satan is not in charge of it.

Not a single Bible text states that the satans go to the Lake of Fire to be

No Bible text says there is more than one Satan.
Matt 25 does say that the fiery hell (the lake of fire) is designed by God to torment the devil.
And Rev 21 says the Devil goes there and is burned there.

At no point does God says that "Satan is more than one and is given the wicked to torment in hell" ... none of that is in the Bible.

Not even one text for that.
