Why did you pick your username?

Because my name is Grace. It happened 9 years ago, when I created my yahoo mail account. The name grace is taken so yahoo gave a few suggestions and I chose gracegreciagracet.

When I first joined the forum I was at the beginning stages of researching and writing my thesis. My research is heavily ethnographic and based on an ecocultural development of teachers.

So I wanted to put Ethno as a user name but I thought people would think I am sound "ethnocentric" so I left the g, for my name.

Now people just think its eggnog.

Guy Incognito? I was trying to come up with a new name, and I happened to be watching a Simpson's ep where there was a character named Guy Incognito. So...yep.

My name is a combination of an Ambrose Bierce Devil's Dictionary reference to the definition of a cynic as "a blackguard whose faulty vision sees things as they are and not as they aught to be", or something similar, and the "_" from my callsign in an online game in the 90's which was "<real_name>_". The "_" just was something I used in place of the random numbers or birthyears people commonly attach to their names to distinquish them from all the other people with the same name.
