Unlike humans , angels were in the presence of the glory of God and unfortunately a third of them rebelled against Him.
No one knows the number of the third.
Quite bewildering nonetheless.

The number of angels is in the billions according to the bible.

Why would all people be saveable then?

God is willing to save all people, but not all people want to be saved, so in that sense, would be unsaveable. God isn't going to force people who don't want to be saved to be saved.

so some are unsaveable?

Only if they choose to be, and then only if God ultimately judges it to be so. It's not for us to determine for another person.

I heard in church everyone is saveable. meaning everyone who ever lived or also could ever live?

God gives everyone the free will to make a choice whether or not we want to be with him or reject him.
