God created us for reasons known only to God. However, in trying to understand the mind the of God, one must apply love, logic and reason. Why would an infinite, omniscient, omnipotant and omnipresent God create a willful, mortal flawed creation? Well, ask the quetion, "What can the creation do that God can not?" We can choose, we can sacrifice, we can turn away from selfish desires and put others ahead of ourself... in other words we can choose to do the things that are God's nature out of love and reason or we can choose to not. THINK OF THE DELIGHT IN THE CREATOR WHEN WE DO CHOOSE TO DO WHAT IS RIGHT. As a parent, we delight in the free choice of our children to do what is right despite their inclinations. We delight in their happiness, we delight in their learning and discovering new things.

Anyway, you are a parent, right? Why do you have children? Is your reason for having children similar, in any way, to God's reason for creating us?
By the way, I am not concerned if the creation is flawed or not. I just want to know what motivates God to create us.
