Psalms 51:5
Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, And in sin my mother conceived me.

The bible says a lot about Sin, Jesus said very little about it. The impression is that sex is a sin, even being born is a sin. So did god make the natural act of making babies pleasurable to then make it a sin.

Or did a few writers take personal prejudices and apply them?

Read the preceding verses and it is clear that you have taken this out of context. It is not a sin to be born or have sex. King David is degrading himself and asking for God's forgiveness.

Verse 1-Have mercy on me, O God, according to your steadfast love; according to your abundant mercy blot out my transgressions.

Verse 2-Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin!

Verse 3-For I know my transgressions, and my sin is ever before me.

Verse 4-Against you, you only, have I sinned and done what is evil in your sight, so that you may be justified in your words and blameless in your judgment.

We are sinners because we choose to be. Also, I don't know what Bible you are reading but Jesus says plenty about Sin.

If you are creating a "disease" for which only you have the "treatment", it would be best to make the bar impossibly high for the average person to reach, if your intent is to create a means of controlling your congregation.
Especially if you're selling the cure.

So the cure is?

It seems harsh to say a fetus is a sinner. Or to call the act of sex, which is extremely necessary an act of sin, by the woman. Does the man bear no responsibility?

Can you link to what Jesus said about sin in sex please.

For me - only God is "al qudoosu" or the spotless, stainless holy one. Therefore its logical that we cannot equal Him. Our faith-atttitude is a direction and orientaiton.
Yes it would be tough to equal a god. Does that make us sinners if we haven't had a chance to sin?
