Why are there women preachers? How are they justified?

"I (Jesus) give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another." (John 13:34)

I can't seem to find any commandments anywhere in scripture that require us to dominate over other people and treat others as less than ourselves. Perhaps you could point that one out to me though?

Quite the opposite, we are to prefer one another before ourselves.
