That's easy. AV is much better at derailing existing threads than Gotts.

I got the alphabet down just in time to enter the Navy and learn to read five-hole punched paper tape.

Following my Navy days, I had to learn the Hollerith code in college.

In the early 19th century Jean-Baptiste Lamarck (1744–1829) proposed the theory of the transmutation of species. Beat Darwin by quite a few years but nobody remembers him.

Bet if he knew he would have been right annoyed eh.
