I have my ears pierced. But please be careful with the amount of piercings you get! God calls our bodies his temples since he is always in our hearts...and that's something we definatly don't want to defile!

If you wear caption rings, you don't have to worry about taking them out at night, because they are a sealed loop. And they are very hard to get out, at least mine are because the titanium isn't tempered, it doesn't bend, and I have a hard time taking the caption beads off, so I just leave them alone. Maybe one day when I grow up, I'll take them out.

And Titanium would be the best hypogenically, or Surgical Steel, I can't wear any kind of Gold, my piercings do not like them, never did. There was a time when I didn't wear any for a few years, and the holes were still there, so I went to the tattoo place and got some Black Caption rings.

Gold, Silver and nickel are porous so that is why they hold bacteria and stuff in them, and cause some people problems, I hear silver is the worst of all of them.

I think I am with Wolesley on the tongue rings, I really don't like them, I for sure wouldn't dare pierce my tongue.

I don't have any, but Jesus had both Hands, both Feet, and one side pierced, so I would not have to. Whew! I am grateful for that!

I was pierced once - Right foot - pitchfork - nice fashion statement. It was a temporary piercing though. But I learned that yardwork and Michelob don't always mix. M

Had my tongue done for a while right after the Navy, took it out when I got a job managing a restaurant, kept it out because I'm now in law enforcement. (But, ask me about tattoos.) My wife has her ears done, had her navel (took it out during pregnancy), tongue (again, pregnancy), and her nose (it closed, but she's looking to get it done again). We pierced both of our daughters' ears at about 3 months.

My nieces and nephews all have their toungues pierced, and it drives me crazy when my niece sits there and clicks the ball against her teeth.


My mom hates tattoes, but didn't mind us coloring our hair or getting piercings. My dad likes tattoes but hates it when we color our hair or get multiple piercings. man he heckled me too when I had pink streaks put in my hair last summer

I have both my ear lobes pierced, and thats about it. Some day I'd like to get my cartilage pierced.

I only have one hole in each ear. I wear earrings or studs in them all the time. I used to want my cartilage pierced, but I don't think it would look good on me. I think it would be cool to get my belly button pierced, but mom says no......get this, she got a nose stud a couple years ago !! No fair! I think it would be kind of cool to get a small tattoo, maybe on my shoulder blade, but mom would freak out!!

Places I don't like piercings: the bridge of the nose , I don't know, sometimes it doesn't look to bad (on guys at least) but i don't know, I just don't like it, nipples, there's just something really uncool about that. and below the belt I mean really, what's up with that ??? People are always finding something new to pierce, so this is probably an unfinished list.

I really like eyebrow rings (it always depends on the person though for if it looks good.) Especially on guys! But I think nose studs look best on females in most cases. I never really liked those earplug things though. lip rings are al right, and I kind of like the studs that go just below the lip. I'm not against tongue piercings but the thing about pierced tongues is A: it's an unclean place. B: if it's not done properly there's the potential of having your tongue split and losing it and C: It seems like it would be really easy to rip it out!

Hey, has anyone seen the movie Ratrace, where that one guy pierced his own tongue?! That was funny!

But yeah, piercings are cool........at least I think!
