Who likes Spätzle, a kind of German noodles or dumplings?

Love it, there is a good German restaurant near me that makes it well. I always order their sausage platter with spatzle and sauerkraut or warm potato salad.

I like them. I ran out a couple of months ago and no store nearby stocks them. This area is dominated by Amish egg noodles.
They sell a lot of them at Aldis around Easter.

Are those noodles somehow related to Spätzle? :)
I suspect the dough is roughly the same but they are rolled out very thin and sliced in ribbons of various widths.

That is right!
Spätzle are always irregular in shape. :)
