Who goes to hell?

Let's do as God's word tell us;

[14] Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

So there you have it. Those that keep God's commandments WILL have the right to the tree of life.

And those that do not keep His commandments will NOT have the right to the tree of life!

So....all I know is that I do NOT want to be whereever the tree if life is NOT!

Sorry, but you’re wrongly taught this, God never created a Hell, man did!, through satan. All anyone has to do is research how the word “hell” and the connections to fire and demons originated. Yet many refuse to do so, wanting to follow false teachings. Than to find out the truth , Which is what Jesus was sent here to teach, (John 15:15).Many are taught Jesus saying hell meant a fiery place where demons were kicked into,

If the SOUL, as many are taught, are the ghost of the dead, then why does God’s word says this?…(Ezek.18:4-the soul that sinneth, it shall die). and why did Jesus say this?…(Luke 12:19- And I will say to my soul, Soul, thou hast much goods laid up for many years; take thine ease, eat, drink, and be merry). Jesus KNEW there’s NO ghost of the dead floating around, in a hell, (the fiery one). And he would NEVER teach anything other than what his Father wanted him to. Yet man would!, and he does!

Jesus knows humans understand fire can destroy. Commonsense will show demons can’t be destroyed by fire, if they already live in it. This is what Revelation 20:10 says: And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. (the words “lake of fire" would bring to mind a hot place, yet the scriptures says the devil were cast into it, how can fire torture the devil? And what is the lakes of fire? has any believers in hell ever dig for the answer?

also Verse 13 shows…(And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works). the sea gave up hell?.. also death? This meant the dead bodies in the sea, be-it by drowning, or put there. the sea was a grave for those bodies. HELL is and was always a grave, or places where dead bodies are found. This scriptures shows soon there will be no more DEATH. The lakes of fire symbolizes total destruction!


I’ve seen demons, and many I know has seen them. Of course you’ve seen them come out of the ground. How else would one believe them if they didn’t show some proof. Many see their dead loves ones too, that doesn’t mean that’s really their love ones. Satan wants ALL to be destroyed, this is why he show many lies, and tricks, (Ephe.6:11 -Put on the whole Armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles, (tricks), of the devil). It makes it easier for many to believe him, harder for those who teaching the truth. If he fooled perfect eve , and had MANY disbelieving the true Son of God, What many humans think he can’t trick us?

I’m sure the young lady believe in Jesus. But now let me ask you a question using Jesus. Do you follow Jesus teachings? Do YOU, try to do the WILL of HIS Father? Because if you’re NOT then you wouldn’t be seen as his spiritual family, (Matt.12:50-For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother). If you’re NOT doing Jesus FATHER’s will, believing in Jesus alone won’t get you to his kingdom ,(Matt.7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven). if not, though you won’t go to the fiery hell you truly believe in, you too will be destroyed! so make sure you check yourself, before you put others in check. peace

JOJO...thank you so so much...you are so correct in my eyes...except that i truley god created hell for the fallin..But to say that Satan will be in hell who is of fire well you just made so much since to me..In Jonahs case i feel like maybe being in the fish it felt like hell...maybe hell even came to him...why??? boy do i wish i understood all this..JOJO..do you think that hell is this planet????

I'd like to know more about this. Such as.. Why does God only choose certain people to bless with eternal life (going on the assumption that we are predestined). And why does He make people to excess? Also.. if you had felt the Spirit when you were younger, but no longer feel it (for more years than you know), does that mean He has chosen to pass over you? Also, what is the point of a life that can't have Christ?

Why would I think that? The bible says that the wages of sin is death. The words translated hell are hades and sheol, which mean the grave. The place all of the dead go. They are not alive when they are dead, so how can they be in torment forever?

well usually the concept of hell in general christiandom is a conglomeration fo the two hells mentioned in the bible. The first is temporary, and the second is permanent but occurs after the final resurrection and judgement... at least there has been nothing that i can find that says one can leave that after they have reached that one (but on the other hand it takes a complete denial of God with no desire of ever repenting to get there). And the common concept of hell usually involves imagery and description of the second one. Hence why I use the qualifications for that one.

Nor does the spirit ever cease to exist nor does it go into hibernating, or limbo. whether its in paradise awaiting the resurrection or in the first hell awaiting the resurrection or in heaven after it, or cast out to the outer darkness, where it is as a lake of brimstone and unquenchable fire, after teh final resurrection and judegement.

because gehenna was an unpleasant place, and if memory serves, it was where quite a bit of refuse was dumped and burned. And the jews use known occurances, places, and individuals symbolicly to illustrate a principle.
And in this case it serves its purpose dutifully, in both hells you suffer the spiritual death; the seperation from God. And for some reason or another this seperation from the presence of God is unpleasant and would not be desired. Its quite likely the second one is worse as its permanent and that an individual will be a resurrected being when they go there.

the first is a place or state of waiting, the LDS however call it prison, to which any who have not accepted the gospel go. Here it lacks the presence of God save for angels that are sent to preach to the souls there who havent had a chance to accept the gospel. Once they do they will be allowed into Paradise which where the spirits who have accepted christ and his word and follow it, await the resurrection second coming of the Lord, and this will be in the presence of Christ and angels and etc...

Once the resurrection happens and the final judgement occurs after CHrist's millenial reign on earth, people will be judged and the sent various parts of heaven or Kingdoms as the LDS know it (which they believe has 3 major divisions) based on both the actions, beliefs, acceptance, and how willing an individual is to obey God. this will involve everyone, even those who were in prison or the first hell.

However at this time there will still be a few who will desire to not be with God at all, and would choose wickedness over all (these are they who are called the sons of perdition- who deny the holy ghost), who will be cast out into what's known as outer darkness, this is the second death spoken of in revelations, and will be with the devil and his followers. And there is nothing i can find or know of that indicates that this situation will ever change for those who end up there.


On the resurrection; LDS believe that the resurrection is a reuniting of the spirit with a physical body, just like what Christ had after his ressurrection and he showed up to his apostles and ate with them. This body and spirit will have been perfected and made immortal, however only those who are with Christ will be glorified in him.

In this post you REFER to the SCRIPTURES a total of ZERO times... which is an indication that this post is not based upon them.

Please provide Scripture which notes that:

(1) "hell" is either -- "a place or state of waiting" OR "prison" (as the LDS "call it")? ...Where do the Scriptures indicate this thinking?

(2) "(a place)... "to which any who have not ACCEPTED the GOSPEL"... "GO"?

Btw... No man either "goes to heaven OR hell" at death. ALL RETURN to the DUST from which they came -- Gen 3:19

More UNSCRIPTURAL words... Where does it SAY in the WORD of God (not the book of Mormon):

(1) Here it lacks the PRESENCE of GOD"? The WORD notes that wherever one can "GO", that GOD is there (omnipresence) -- Psalm 139:8

(2) A "chance" to accept the Gospel? There is NO "CHANCE" whatsoever concerning the GOSPEL and its success, as CHRIST is the AUTHOR and FINISHER of faith -- Heb 12:2

(3) That "angels" preach? Only MEN are sent to preach the Gospel to other MEN -- Mark 16:15 -- and indeed are "angels" (which means messengers)... which correctly or incorrectly deliver the "Gospel" -- Matt 7:22-23 -- the MANY of them, will find REJECTION of THEIR works, in the very same way as did CAIN.

Said "preaching" is taking place HERE and NOW.

There is NOT eve ONE verse which notes that CHRIST is to be "ACCEPTED" by SINFUL human beings! The HOLY needing "acceptance" of the UNHOLY? Get real! We are to seek HIS ACCEPTANCE of US, via our humility before Him, NOT the reverse.

Actually you believe in the BOOK of MORMON bro, ...NOT the WORD of GOD... NONE of what you have stated is within the WORD.

There is NO such things noted in the WORD as:

(1) -- "millenial reign"?
(2) -- "final judgment"?
(3) -- "men sent to various parts of heaven"?
(4) -- "Kingdoms - based upon actions,beliefs,acceptance"?
(5) -- God's procedures go forth according to: "how willing an individual is to obey God"?
(6) -- Men being ..."in prison"?
(7) -- "FIRST Hell"?

I believe that NONE of this is in the WORD... if it is, please show us where ANY of it ...is found...

THIS life is "OUTER DARKNESS" (being apart from the INNER LIGHT of HOLINESS)...

Where MUCH SORROW (gnashing of teeth) is taking place NOW as men SORROWFULLY, ...REAP what they have SOWN... -- Gal 6:8

Aha! You finally came out and said it... "LDS believe"...

So you have been "handed" your beliefs by the Church called LDS... not via your own research of the WORD, apart from any MORMON commentaries offered you... You represent the MORMON church and what IT says, ...not CHRIST and HIS WORD...

You spoke the closest to that which is actually ...IN the WORD in this last segment (though you failed to REFER to it), ...but even so, ...you still try to make what it actually, ...SAYS, ...void:

I don't think calling yourself Christian has anything to do with it. Its about genuinely accepting Christ's love and living through it in this life to atone for your sins and sinful nature. Whether someone in the Amazon has to proclaim Christ through the same logical constructs we're familiar with or not, I don't know. All I know is my way and that I'll spread it. I don't really know about how hell works and don't really want to comment on it. All I know is I don't want to go there. The way I see hell is you remain on the same frequency you've lived your life through. If its one of love of everyone and everything you merge with that love when you die. If you live a life of hate and isolation, that's the state you'll be in when you die. I don't know if you can change that frequency after you die, but I know you can in this life by asking God to forgive your sins, Changing your behavior, and embracing Christ and his path into your heart.

Those who demonize another's culture, lifestyle or decision.
