These are people. Who are they and why does God view them as wicked?

Scripture is full of the wicked being mentioned like Psalm 7

God is a just judge,
And God is angry with the wicked every day.


Who do you think they are and what state are they in?

All the lost?
People sinning?
Demon possessed?

We must see the infinite contrast between sin and perfection. When man was designed to be an image bearer of the perfect God, even the smallest sin made man deserving of eternal condemnation. Those who sin are very wicked in the face of a holy God.

This leads us to ponder the extent of grace and how steps were taken through Christ to make forgiveness possible.
"For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God," Eph 2:8

We probably shouldn't generalize the wicked, instead we should narrow the field by asking who they are within the context of the seventh Psalm.
