Adam symbolizes (clay) the flesh and blood body that all men are born in down on earth. All flesh dies (is "circumcised") to free the spirit (son or daughter) for return to the Father.
Death has always been a fear and a mystery to men in all generations, all nations and all religions. Jesus was sent by the Father as a "pattern son" to teach humans what really happens in death. Just as Jesus taught us that "I go away and return to my Father" .... so it is for all who "seem to die". Those who believe the teachings of Jesus should have no fear of death if they are mature in perfect love.
Hebrews 2:14. Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; 15. And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.
Ecclesiastes 12:7. Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.
1 Corinthians 15:50. Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption. 51. Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52. In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. 54. So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. 55. O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?
So you see understanding the scriptures is not hard. In the texts above Word explains Word "precept upon precept and line upon line". This is the way Father teaches His SEALED BOOK! Now the text in question is "open"!
