  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

I like college better, I think. There is a lot of freedom and it is really a big step in preparing you for the real world. There are many clubs and organizations to join, and it's just more fun, I guess.

The only thing I miss about high school is that my teachers (I went to a private high school) really cared about me and wanted me to get good grades in class. They spoiled me.....I miss that. :sigh:

College is definitely better.

- You choose the classes you want.
- If you don't feel like going on a particular day you don't have to.
- There are no required pep rallies or assemblies.
- (For the most part) everyone who is there WANTS to be there so they act better
- If they give you something to do that you think is stupid; you have the option of leaving
- You don't have to ask to go to the bathroom. :p
- (Generally) you can eat/drink in any of your classes.
