I just need to talk, my baby and toddler have been up for 2 hours and it's the middle of the night and now I'm too worked up to sleep

Hugs! If I had known I would have kept you company I hope you eventually were able to get some sleep. I was up most of the night last night too. Babies and toddlers are such precious little people...who ever came up with the saying 'sleep like a baby' never had a baby in their home. Haha. Drinking a peppermint tea and reading my bible sometimes helps me relax when I'm over tired which you probably were. Embrace those precious little ones...one day you may even miss these midnight visits.

Thank you so much, it's so nice to know we are not alone! Feeling much better in the morning, so hard to see things clearly when you're not fully awake!! I try to relax and think that it's bo big deal and most of the time it works but there are occasions where I wish I was wiser and more patient and just a better mum
