Where is the button to press to ignore members?

Is it now hidden somewhere?
I cannot find it any more.

1, Find a post by the person you wish to Ignore
2. Click on their avatar
3. Click on 'More Options' (bottom right of dialog box)
5. Click on 'Ignore'

Judging from a couple of other posts I've seen, the Ignore function wasn't working properly. It may have been fixed.

In that case the IGNO had worked.

To check if it worked:

1. Click on your avatar name at top right of this page
2. Click on this icon

3. Click on 'Ignoring' at the bottom of the second column to see a list of poster(s) you're Ignoring.

I have found the button and used it.
But in some cases it does not work.
Why can this be?
