His U2 fanaticism was funny, but I'd miss him more for his willingness to stir things up. I'm hoping I don't have to miss him, though. I can't imagine what he would've done to get a permanent ban

Do they ban IPs or Screennames? I hope its just screennames, maybe he is back under a different name?? That would be cool.
In either case, I really think I will be using the term "Axverian proportions" for the rest of my life, no joke! I've never seen a kid more excited about a band, ever.

I used a scale to assess the level of support for U2 where the unit was the Axver...but I can't remember the exact details of it. Amnesty days are good...this place just isn't the same without Ax.

I think that it was to describe one's level of U2 knowledge. Axver was 1.0 Axver. KJ I think you were around .08 Axver. I am more like .01 Axver .

I've probably dropped about 0.1 and raised my DMB levels to about 0.5 "dmB". Candice would be quite pleased

Yes Andre was apparently permeantly banned. The only reason why I know this is because he posted it in his live journal. No reason was given. I would ask Erwin.
I really miss him too. We should start a campaign to get him back...
