God's blessings to all! I started reading the bible again for the 2nd time from scratch, Genesis 4 shows "Cain knew his wife, and she conceived and bore Enoch" but nowhere before that does it say where this wife came from, if Adam and Ever were the first two humans and they gave birth to three boys, where/how did the other people come from please?

We know that all human beings came from Adam and Eve, and if we are not told about Cain's wife, there must be a good reason. One should not get side-tracked on non-issues. His wife may have been his sister, or his cousin, or some other relative.

There are people who claim that there were other humans on the earth, who did not come from Adam and Eve's family line, and they say that Adam and Eve's sons got wives from these other people. Or else, some ask, wouldn't it have been "incest" if Adam and Eve's sons married their own sisters? Well . . . they had only their own sisters; and God plainly told them to be fruitful and multiply.
Also . . . Romans 5:12 does say,
"through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men".
So, death has been spread "to all men", from Adam and Eve. And I understand that Adam and Eve's curse of sin and death spread only to those who came from Adam and Eve. It would not have spread to humans of groups who were elsewhere and already on this earth when Adam and Eve were created, but sin and death spread only to ones in their family line. So - - if sin and death were passed down "to all men", there couldn't have been any other humans besides those coming from Adam and Eve, I think.

Ok guys so please clarify for me, after the flood no other humans were alive except for those who were on Noah's boat? If yes then that means the earth started populating again from the 10 or so people who were on the Ark?

Cain and Abel were the first two but by the time we hear of them again they are grown and each has their own profession. Just because the Bible does not name every one, do you really think Adam and Eve stopped being fruitful and multiplying all those years? The Bible continuously speaks in generalities and then focus on a point and expands that focusing again on a point and so on all the way through Genesis. I am sure by this time they had many other children and cain and abe probably already had their own,...
