Adam was the first human, was created as a human .. God created humanity when He created Adam, and his humanity cannot be separated from him.
Jesus, a descendant of Adam through the Davidic line, received His humanity from Mary.

If you ask what material was Adam's body made out of, then the answer is: the slime of the earth.
Genesis 2:7
And the Lord God formed man of the slime of the earth: and breathed into his face the breath of life, and man became a living soul.
If you ask what material was Jesus' body made out of, the answer is Mary's womb.
Luke 1:31
Behold thou shalt conceive in thy womb and shalt bring forth a son: and thou shalt call his name Jesus.
Galatians 4:4
But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent his Son, made of a woman, made under the law:
