Where are the Orthodox churches!?

hello fellow Brethern in Christ

I have a few questions.

1. Are there Orthodox churches in the United States?
2. If so where are they? lol

id like to go to one but ive never seen one. Are there any sites that have churches and times? I live in southeast kentucky so if you know of one in the area please tell me Thanks in advanced.

I don't know offhand of a SE Ky parish, you might try these links to directories to find one.

I did a quick search and found some in Louisville, Nicholasville, and Lexington, though that doesn't necessarrily mean that there aren't others. Any of those close?

Wow, who knew Texas was in the Midwest

That page is also not completely up to date. A Serbian parish just started in Hunstville, Alabama and I don't see that listed.

My folks live in Manchester, so I can sympathize with you on this one. You are in Bell Co. if I remember correctly, right? The closest to you will be Knoxville. There are at least two and maybe more Orthodox churches in metro Knoxville (I think the OCA one is actually in Oak Ridge) and both the ones I know of there are great. If you'd rather go to Lexington or Nicholasville, I can get you information on the churches there. I'm actually moving back to KY in a month so this is in the forefront of my mind right now.
