Yes, third world nations have been mentioned. But not much in the way of specific miracles.

It's sort of like the opposite of the old joke about the drunk looking for his keys under the streetlight. Instead, since there are no miracles under streetlight of the first world and its cameras and drones, it is suggested that miracles occur off in the third world, out in the dark, where little is known for certain.

If you are in good health I can help arrange a flight to West Africa. :)

Again I would point out my previous posts of seeking God.

I think there are plenty of miracles in the US, the problem is they aren't the miracles we think we should be seeing. Let me explain. I am currently studying the power of God, what I am discovering is that it is not the power we usually are taught to think of when we talk about the power of God. Usually we are told that God's power is in healing all illness, wealth galore, etc. But scripture tells us that the power of God is in bringing salvation, in breaking the chains of sin and death, the very word of God is power. These are not the things we are taught to look for, the mountains that are moved in order to take the gospel to a lost and dying world. We are not taught the power of convicting men of sins and yet, I see such power every single day here in the USA. We live in a different world in the church in the US than the church in other countries, like Nigeria for example.

My husband's family were missionaries to Nigeria when he was little. The power and miracle of the church growth from that time to today is mindboggling. Why? Not because of miracles of healing and wealth, they are still very poor people, but because the miracle of healing that comes through belief unto salvation. If you want to see the kind of miracles in the US you are taught to believe in, wait till persecution comes, then you will see.

I was going to reply, but in honor to our Lord and his body I decided to bow out.

Es-s I do pray that you obtain salvation by faith in the Lord Jesus, and I will pray it daily. There are many voices. Don't believe every voice but do believe in Jesus Christ.

God bless all my fellow believers. Remember it is more lawful to save a life and that is what Jesus came to do.
