where are the good men?

Dude, I'm moving out of Ohio because I can't handle the winters here. I'd die up there the first day it snowed, probably!

Although nothing beats driving through blizzards, that was always fun for me and I'll miss that part of it

How long did you live in Ohio?

I'm just shocked. Grant it, the winters can get pretty bad in Ohio but I lived there basically my entire life but the length I have been here in PA and then about 30 days in Portland, Oregon, and I wasn't that bothered by the winters. Just something we had to deal with.

Sorry for asking, I am just shocked that, that'd be the reason for moving out of Ohio when there are plenty of states that have it worse than Ohio.

I'm not wanting to move out of Wisconsin because of the winters (although they do chase many people away), but it'll be a bonus to not have to deal with when I eventually move.

haha you underestimate how much of a weakling I am when it comes to cold weather... I've actually lived in Ohio all 25 years of my life! I used to live in cleveland, right out by lake erie and that was the worst because of all the lake effect weather. I don't know, I just don't deal well with snow. I figure if after 25 years I still hate it this much, my best bet is to just get away from it. There's lots of other reasons why I'm leaving Ohio, weather is just one of the bigger reasons lol

Ohhhh I went to toronto once and had one of the best times in my life there! I might run away to canada some day! Place looks awesome, cept the winters might be a tad bit too cold for me lol

I live in Louisiana. It costs a lot of money to go that far north. I caught an MLB game in Toronto, but I really wish I had gotten a chance to see the Expos in their home park. The only time I ever saw the Expos was when they were playing the Astros in the old Astrodome years ago.
