I realise you want that rotting shark to be a plesiosaur (which weren't dinosaurs by the way) for other reasons - but it was a rotting shark and dinosaurs (or marine reptiles like plesiosaurs) were not around when people were chucking spears and living in caves.How many years have dinosaurs been extinct?
