And if you happen to be single. Church attitude would want you to get married ASAP.

The church attitude about marriage or staying single is in contradiction to Biblical teaching that being single gives more opportunities to serve the Lord to take greater risks for the Lord.

I have a mid-50s female friend that's never been married that was attending church, when the married women of the church found this out...they implied she is living in sexual sin.
They figure past a certain age, that's the kind of lifestyle she's been living.

Interesting how people just assume things when you've been single for so long.

I had to laugh, because she's never been more chaste in her life and is rather picky when it comes to men...however, I personally think she's got intimacy issues that keeps pushing men away, but that's another story.
