CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I always write late at night or early in the morning with my music going. The ideas just flow, then...just look to my most recent story for instance >_> did it in the afternoon, no music, and it's so stagnant.

Really whenever. I always bring a pen and some paper with me everywhere I go, in case I get an idea.

I think that what really helps me is when I have confidence, and to be super excited. I was only able to get my latest two film scripts on paper because I had a long talk with somebody who had produced 8 episodes of an amateur soap opera, in which quality was not necessarily the highest priority. I got so excited by the idea, and decided to try something similar myself. And also, I suddenly realized that my scripts didn't have to be chef-d'oeuvre, so I didn't feel that intimidation that was always lurking before. I wrote down 2 scripts in 3 days, and they were the best I've written so far. (Not saying they are chef-d'oeuvres, far from it.)

Same here. I won't carry a purse that's smaller than notebook-sized. Whenever I don't have paper, I get an idea! It's such a beast...but I love it =)

Mostly during the night but also at times during the day. I usually write in the evening or night, for some reason it feels as if I'm move creative and capable at these times. I never feel like doing anything in the morning.
