here is a little trivia for you all you have to do is write when you think the end time will be and why. here is my answer.

this is just an example as i would not have a clue but fort it would be interesting to know yours and we all can have a think about it

Well, I first figured it would be 10 years ago -- and here we are lolol.

All the signs as I understand them have been fulfilled - I think right now it's just a matter of "the setup". We have to get closer and closer to the world needing world peace - to the point where they'll accept ANYONE coming with a solution (ie. antichrist enters in on a peace platform w/ the solution & the world widely accepts him).
So in order to get to that acceptance, time has to go further where people are rejecting 'absolute truth' and embracing relativism/subjectivism - so truth is no longer important (liberalism is ushering this worldview in as we speak and it's taking over like wildfire).

There's also a falling from the faith that happens - we're seeing many leave Christianity right now -- so that's all part of this worldwide "setup" to recieve the antichrist.
So, I truly don't know how long that will play out & when we're actually 'ripe' for takeover.

It could go on a long time - but the major signs are fulfilled already as I see them.
Plus, we also have to remember that Jesus said He'd come at a time when people are unaware - that's a key to me. It's when people WON'T be looking for a return.
I think Christians who are not asleep or in rebellion to prophecy/end times events will never be caught unaware - we're always watching and waiting in hope!

We are in the end times now. As to when will tribulation begin I tend to think wothin the next 5-6 years. After looking at Jewish feasts feel that the fall feasts contain clues especi9ally the feast of trumpets.

Why: Because of the reasons already mentioned but I also believe that God will seperate the Christian from the church goer and that we will go through some very rough times before we are removed.

I don't know when it will be, and to even venture a guess would be potentially blasphemous. Jesus said that even He doesn't know (Mt.24:36) , so if I claim to have such knowledge, then I am saying I know more than Jesus about God's plans.

Really, we should all be living as though the Kingdom of Heaven is here, right now. We should live each moment with the knowledge that God is watching us and is among us, even as we speak. If we live like this, at every moment, then there is really no reason for us to have any need to know when the end will come about. Mt 24:44

One last thing: Those of you that are brave enough to try to venture a guess on this, keep in mind that every generation since the ascension of Christ entertained serious beliefs that their the prophesies had been fulfilled and that the end was near. Our generation is absolutely no different.

Jesus is actually refering to a Hebraic Idiom here. By Him saying that, He is giving a illusion to His fullfillment of Yom Teruah (or Rosh HaShannah aka Feast of Trumpets!).

This is because the Feast of Trumpets always falls on a New Moon (Rosh Hodesh). The New Moon always fell on a 'day or hour' that no one knows. This is why even till this day the people in Israel gather for about 3 days looking for the appearnce for the New Moon. No form of computer, algorithm or science can predict the New Moon - period.

Anyways, the link here is that Jesus returns with the sounding of a trumpet... what's really revealed here is that Jesus' return will be a fulfillment of the Feast of Trumpets, on the sound of a trumpet blast, on a new moon which no one knows the day or the hour.

The period of time from the Cross until now is the 'last days'. It could be today or next week or a hundred years from now, we simply dont know. The point is we should live like it could be any day now. As was mentioned earlier, every generation for the last 2000 years had those that believed all the prophetic signs were in place for the second coming. Today is no different.
