To disprove the Bible? None.Brotha Ballew said:what archealogical evidence do you have to disprove the Bible?

The Church and science have long walked hand in hand, even today many of the top universities are part of or were set up by Churches. The study of the universe has and still does help us understand our place in it and our relationship with God since He is the one that created the universe.Brotha Ballew said:what do ya mean by that
First off, exothermic means 'gives off heat' and so is probably actually the word for 'warm-blooded'pureone said:hey, by the way, the asteroid is kinda on the outs, since the major creatures that survived were all exothermix (cold blooded). The smaller endothermic dinosaurs (and which ones weren't warmblooded I'd have to check) should have survived, and not just as birds or bird similar. Again, some hold that the birds and dinos came from a similar ancestor, not directly birds from dinos as one might think..

And also the major survivors of the asteroid impact were the small, warm-blooded mammals last I heard.
I fully acknowledge my total lack of knowledge regarding Bible teachings...but I was under the impression that Satan is still in Heaven with Jesus and that he has not been cast down to earth quite yet.Brotha Ballew said:Gennisis 1:2 in the originall translation says that the earth BECAME void and without shape so the cause of it is probbably the 'asteriod', or what i think was satan being cast into earth
I'll bite. By what we see in the geology of the earth.Brotha Ballew said:how do you know it didnt make the earth void or without shape?
Well, we can't really be sure what the physiology of all dinosaurs was. Some (Bakker for instance) claim that endothermy was shared by all dinosaurs whereas others (Jones for instance) claim that no dinosaurs were endothermic. I'd say the evidence is overwhelming for endothermic theropods... I'm undecided about the other clades.pureone said:hey, by the way, the asteroid is kinda on the outs, since the major creatures that survived were all exothermix (cold blooded). In the same general time frame, (65mya) major lava flows were happening in northern siberia and 3 asteroids smashed into the earth. I personally suspect that all of these events played a part.pureone said:But what is your opinion on the asteroid theory then? smashing good theory?
