I'm going to have to go with the Lord of the Rings books. They are a bit long, but amazingly a quick read and speak about humanity on many levels. The Count of Monte Cristo and the Da Vinci Code were also really good. The Hero With a Thousand Faces by Joseph Campbell is awesome, and then on another note, Green Eggs and Ham is also awesome.

Similar to others, what's considered to be my favorite book tends to shift. Currently though, if I had to pick only one, it would be Paradise Lost. Earlier this year, I posted a short devotional drawn mostly from Paradise Lost.

"ENCOUNTER WITH JESUS CHRIST: END OF TIME WARNINGS" by Regina Clarinda. A friend recommended it to me and I just loved it. I have read it 3 times so far. Its really easy to read.

The book is Totally FREE to download on Smashwords.com , and I think its also free on Barnesandnoble.com.
