We are having some crazy wind today. I just opened the trunk to my car and stuff flew into the air and blew all over the yard Also, our trashcan blew over and a shopping bag ended up in our back yard. Our dog thought it was an imposter and barked ferociously at it while peeing all over himself and backing away. What a courageous feller he is.

It's been pretty hot here, but our weather is strange so it's cloudy today.

Sunny at the moment - but, last night, we had a tornado warning and we were hanging out with the baby in the bathtub in the middle of the night. Woke up to this in our bedroom window:

I guess we didn't hear it fall when we were huddled in the bathroom.

^^ Good luck cleaning that up, we had to clean up something similar last week. Lots of work and took a chainsaw. But, praise God it could have been worse! Glad you are ok.

I guess there can be quite a variety between Western NY and NYC and even the Adirondacks. In our part of Ontario it's level with Western NY and it's still light (just about..).
