It snowed last night, and this evening the remains of the snow froze. It looks nice, but it's cold out.

We DID, have it on earlier, but as it is bedtime

It turned cold and windy here. Went out without my hat this afternoon and coming home I was chilled. Didn't venture out again. Probably in the 20s now, but very windy, so it feels colder.

I agree Dave about chaos sometimes when we have snow!

I found it milder on Friday, colder Saturday and milder again yesterday and today. It has been raining with low cloud cover. Think it is getting colder tonight though.

It is, well-frosty out there, this-morning Sue

I put the infra-red fire on as soon as I got down here
It doesnt take long to feel it's heat across the room
although it is quite expensive to run
it heats the room much quicker than awaiting the radiators to heat up
and the birds... are sensitive to the 'cold'

I like snow, but not the lower temperatures!

We didn't have frost here this morning Dave (such a difference in a small distance!) but I'm sure we will tonight - it's very clear and cold! I think we've got another few days of it, and then it will get warmer and wetter towards the weekend.

Yes, very frosty here this morning. Quite a nice day, but cold tonight. The house is nicely heated, but I have to be up early in the morning, and the bathroom is very hard to get warm. I'm not looking forward to my shower in the dark, cold morning! Brrr!

Just after lunch [today] it was 10.C in the sun and 5.C in the shade

some frost [in shadow] remained-so all day
there is much cloud tonight [headed South/ SSEast]

Supposed to warm up by the weekend
but, until then bright but cold all day
and then colder all night

CORRECTION: added @ 11.28pm

The cloud I saw earlier, was just an arm of the main CLOUD
A satellite, would now see 'it' moving clockwise, just a little west of us
looking up from here it is moving anti-clockwise and in a southerly direction

I didn't check the temp's on the thermometers [3]
but the frost has disappeared

Cloudy, breezy, with rain in the forecast. Monday morning, it was 29 F, and today it is 72 F. It felt like springtime yesterday when it hit 78 F.

My winter ryegrass could sure use the rain, and the wind will blow out the dead branches on my pecan trees.

My oldest sister and her husband took a vacation to New York City...I thought it would be cold there, but Buttercup says it's not...Joe's longjohns will not be worn.
