Not much to say except this is North Dakota. I am beginning to think that in the Lakotah language that means "Permanent Winter"

Actually in the Lakotah language. Dakota means friend. Interesting thing about the Lakotah Language, before the arrival of the White man they had no words for enemy, steal or lie.

While the Lakotah tribes are often called Sioux. Sioux was a derogatory word, a mispronunciation of the Ojibwa word for 'Little Snakes"
