I was very surprised, and concerned, to hear this week about the wildfires in Oklahoma.
In all the years I was there, there was never such a thing.
Very scary.

If you've got dust, it's sounding pretty dry in Texas.
Have you all been under the threat of wildfires this season, too?

Oklahoma really had it bad with fires because of the high winds as did parts of the Texas panhandle.

We've had red flag warnings and fire weather warnings but only a few small wildfires.

It is dry. Our lakes levels are down and we need rain. But it's been worse so no complaints!
