The wind is blowing the dust around, gusting to 40 mph. Red Flag Warning in effect.

The drought has been bad here, too. Since August 1 we've had just under half an inch of rain, none at all in the past 38 days. But we're supposed to get some over the next four days....hopefully. What was a wonderfully green spring quickly became a brown summer and fall.

We did get a little snow, 16F and roads were mostly just wet. Saw just one car in the ditch.. Pesky but not so bad. Stay safe out there and go slow if you hit some snow.
