Still toasty in Texas. We are expecting a "cold front" to move through today though which will drop the high temperatures down into the low 90's.

That's close to what the weatherman said for us in Central Oklahoma, but our temperature went all the way down to 85F. It's expected to go back up in a matter of days. Triple digits are in the near future.

Cold and rainy everywhere today.

We had a cold front that came in today that caused some drastic changes. The high temperature for today was 77F, and we had thunderstorms all morning. We got 3 inches of rain. Thank you Lord!

I believe we are due for some very hot weather!

It's 96F and partly sunny here today in Central Oklahoma. Our forecast is for more of the same for the next week.

ha, ha, we were supposed to have some very hot weather...now it seems the weather is going to change, ...what's new! cool winds, rain...anything can happen,

Our high today in Central Oklahoma was 94F. We had a nice rain this morning that we give thanks for. It even cooled things down to 88F.

I haven't been on CF during the hot weather we've had as I've been getting jobs done around the house and garden , and struggling to get enough sleep with the sun shining in during the early hours of the morning. We've had very dry, sunny weather, with just occasional cloudy days and very little rain, for nearly two weeks. Apparently it is supposed to rain tomorrow and temps are a little cooler tonight.

NB: "Hot" is a UK version of hot - i.e. upper 70s/80F.

Our high today was 94F, and the forecast calls for the same tomorrow. We've been getting pretty regular rain so we're happy and give thanks.

We are having a perfect winter's day here in Perth, Western Australia ... clear sunny sky & 21 degrees (70F). I've just been for a nice long walk soaking up the sunshine, getting a good dose of vitamin D.

92F on Saturday and 94F and humid on Sunday.

I paid a grandson lots of moolah to mow only half the back yard on Friday.

At last we had rain! The real thing for around 15minutes...plus some discreet rumbles of thunder. The garden looks much fresher and the blue sky was soon back.

Rain here too, and the garden needed it. I was wrong about it on Thursday but it was here today and it has freshened up everything.

The garden looks so clean and fresh now...lots of sparrows all enjoying themselves as well...

Our whole country is getting a good drenching and it's set to continue for a while yet.

It was 93F today. In everything give thanks --- I'm thankful for air conditioning set at 70F!
Scattered thunderstorms tomorrow and tomorrow night --- I hope the grass doesn't grow past my knees!

Our high today was just 90F, and we liked it. We have rain in the forecast two days from now.
